I Read this Book and Passed

I only used this book as my studying material for the CISM exam and I passed the exam in my first seating. I love the book, very very helpful.

Most useful resource out there

Yes, it's true - ISACA have a stranglehold over the material for this certification. However, it is also true that if you study this book you should be able to reason your way to an answer... if you understand the concepts that are laid out in the sections covering the 4 domains. The end of chapter questions were invaluable as an insight into the question format they use (some people have complained that they are unecessarily confusing). If you don't want to flush away the exam fee don't resist buying this (admittedly expensive) book... Suck it up, study, pass and look at it as an investment in your career - because it is!

Overpriced and boring to read

I expected a nice book to read for my CISM exam like Shawn Harris' CISSP Guide that I read for the CISSP exam. But I got very disappointed. Studying can be fun, but not with this book.
