I've been thinking of trying some weight lifting because I see more and more people on it especially on Instagram but I was a little hesitant because I'm not sure if it's really for me. This book is for newbies like me and it will tell you how to start and how many reps you should do to begin with. It even have information on the difference between weight lifting and weight training; I used to think it was one and the same. I am glad I came across this book!

When I read the title I decided to check this book and I can say that I am very impressed. If you want a great body first you need to know how to lift and what to eat. This book will give you this information. Also you’ll find some good techniques that you can use for different muscle groups.
